#NonèNormalechesiaNormale: “Italian Schools Challenge 2021” (1st edition)
The I.I.S. “N.Copernico – A. Carpeggiani” in Ferrara, as part of the project The New Poets, in collaboration with CNA Ferrara, CNA Territoriale Potenza, Il Giardino Segreto, Parlamento della Legalità Internazionale, Settetre Music, United Network and Universosud, announces the first edition of the #NonèNormalechesiaNormale competition: “Italian Schools Challenge 2021”.
The challenge between students of Italian schools will take place on social networks: participants will have to make a video on TIKTOK or a reel on Instagram lasting up to 30 seconds, using the song “Non è normale che sia normale (la Poesia sfida il femminicidio) by the group The New Poets.
The main purpose of the competition is to raise awareness among students to combat gender-based violence, through social networks.
Each Italian second-degree educational institution will be able to send a maximum of two videos and will independently organize the selection among its members. The first 100 entries formally received by the challenge deadline March 8th 2022, will be accepted and evaluated. The first three ranked students will receive an iPad offered by the sponsors of the initiative and the three winning schools will receive certificates of merit and participation. The products will be assessed through the criteria specified in the notice, which you find attached. The jury will be composed of Nicolò Mannino, president of the Parliament of International Legality, Antonella Nuzzaci, professor of Experimental Pedagogy at the Department of Human Sciences of the University of L’Aquila, Marco Toscano, professor of the I.I.S “Copernico-Carpeggiani” in Ferrara and project manager, Patrizia Schiarizza, president of the association Il Giardino Segreto and Livia Zancaner, journalist for Radio24 IlSole24Ore.
