The African Report on Child Wellbeing 2020 (ARCW2020) will be launched by African Child Policy Forum (ACPF) via a live-streamed event from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on Friday 20 November at 1400 East Africa Time . The GFI measures the progress of 52 African governments towards realising the rights and wellbeing of girls, and ranks then according to how child-friendly they are.
