Women with disabilities, older women, women who are being abused, women belonging to different ethnic and religious communities, women with HIV, LBTQI women. All of us can be discriminated not only because we belong to certain groups, but, primarily, because we were born women.
🔴 It’s time to stop excluding and ignoring women of different vulnerable groups. We exist. Even if in our society we melt in metaphoric cracks… Let’s fill them together. With red sand.
🔴 “Red Sand” project was designed by an American artist Molly Gochman. It’s an art intervention, a project that encourages you to pay attention to people marginalized in our society.
❗ Please find some time to fill the cracks in sidewalks with red sand. Join Project Kesher Ukraine in your city or implement the initiative on your own. Don’t forget to take a picture and post it with hashtags #RedSandProject #RedSand.
